LEIREN DESIGNS Ready-to-Wear Runway Show May 17th
Join us the evening of May 17th for a wonderful display of style at the Nordic Heritage Museum. The new location in downtown Ballard will be hosting a catwalk down the main hall of the museum. The space for the runway show features 40 foot tall ceilings and interior design also inspired by Scandinavian style.

Thanks to all of those who came out to classic cocktail bar Rob Roy in downtown Seattle to see some crowd favourites up close and preview some of the ready-to-wear designs for the new collection. The collection will be featured in the upcoming runway show at the NEW Nordic Heritage Museum being constructed in downtown Ballard! The first appearance of Madison Leiren at the Nordic Heritage Museum's Annual "Auktion" at the Seattle Marriott was a huge success. Custom dresses will be designed for our two most gracious winning bidders with funds going to support the Nordic Heritage Museum. Tusen takk!!!

“I’ve named the series, “Hilde” - a play on words between the great valkyrie and shieldmaiden known as Brünnhilde and the Scandinavian mythical creature called the huldra. I aim to capture the strength of the Valkyries and the mystic properties of forest spirits found throughout Norwegian folk tales into designs fit for a viking queen.”
