I created Leiren Designs because I believe that every bride deserves more than just a dress—she deserves an experience that makes her feel seen, celebrated, and truly herself. Bridal fashion isn't just about beautiful gowns; it's about storytelling, artistry, and the magic of finding something that feels like you.
Growing up around traditional Norwegian needlecrafts, I developed a deep respect for craftsmanship and detail from an early age. That love for artistry, combined with my passion for design, led me to the world of bridal fashion. But when I started my journey in this industry, I saw a gap—too many brides felt overwhelmed, unseen, or pressured into trends that didn’t reflect their personal style. I knew I could change that.
Leiren Designs is my answer to that challenge. I built this boutique not just as a place to find something authentic to wear for your wedding, but as a space where brides, grooms, and spouses-to-be can feel inspired, supported, and confident. Every garment we create is designed with intention, blending timeless elegance with thoughtful sustainability.
Being recognized with awards like Seattle Magazine's Best Bridal Boutique and Seattle Times' Best of the PNW is incredibly humbling, but what truly drives me is the connection I make with each bride. Seeing that moment—the spark in her eyes when she realizes she’s put on the dress—her dress, is what fuels my passion every single day.
Beyond bridal fashion, I’m also committed to advocating for Indigenous arts and ethical fashion. I believe in lifting up other designers, educating clients on conscious consumerism, and creating gowns that tell a meaningful story.
At the heart of it all, Leiren Designs is about celebrating love, artistry, and individuality. My goal is simple: to make sure every bride who walks through our doors feels like the most radiant version of herself, not just on her wedding day, but in the entire journey leading up to it.
